Group fitness classes have a limit of 12 clients. These limits provide our clients with personal attention along with the benefits of community and inspiration.

Not everyone is an athlete. Our corrective exercise classes are designed for clients with imbalances caused from a sedentary lifestyle. We begin with a functional movement screening.
